Who We Work With

All of our clients are U.S. and Canadian hospitals, long term care facilities or home care providers.

Our current clients include facilities who have contracted us to recruit two or three applicants as well as some who are working with us to recruit one hundred or more RNs, PTs and other health professionals. We work with clients of all sizes in urban and rural locations.

While many of our clients have no experience with international recruitment, we also work with clients who have used international recruitment in the past. Perhaps they did not achieve their desired outcomes or they have come to understand the superior benefits they will achieve using the HealthStaff recruitment model.

International Recruitment Program
We provide a one-stop, turn-key service that includes each of the essential elements of the international recruitment process.

You don’t need to contract separately with a recruitment agency, an immigration attorney or other consultants. We bring together all of the required resources and expertise so that you have one point of contact and one point of accountability throughout the entire recruitment process.

Licensure & Immigration Consultation - are you ever contacted by highly qualified international candidates seeking to relocate to your community and that would be a great addition to your staff but you don’t where to start when it comes to the related immigration and licensure issues?

One call to the HealthStaff office is all you need to do. We will review each case individually and let you know whether the applicant is a viable candidate. Beyond this we will work with you and the applicant to facilitate the completion of the immigration and licensure processes.

There is no cost for the initial applicant evaluation and we will advise you on various approaches you can use to bring on-board qualified international applicants that contact you directly.

NCLEX- RN Review Program – We offer a proprietary online NCLEX ® diagnostic test to prepare internationally educated RNs for the NCLEX ® licensing exam.

In addition to the convenience of being able to take the online program on their own schedule, other significant benefits of the HealthStaff NCELX ® Review program to applicants are:

• It’s highly personalized. Based on the results an initial diagnostic test, our program automatically produces a detailed and highly prescriptive study plan so that the nurse makes the very best use of their study time.

• It’s Affordable. This is likely the most affordable, high quality NCLEX® review product in the market right now.

• It saves time and money. Upon completion of the program the nurse will receive a written assessment of whether they are actually likely to pass the NCLEX exam or whether they need additional study. International Relocation Assistance Program - to ultimately be successful every international recruitment effort must provide the applicant with appropriate relocation support services. International travel reservations and bookings at the best fares available. We pay attention to every detail from baggage allowances, special services for children and ensuring sufficient time to clear U.S. immigration before catching a connecting flight.

Bank Accounts and Credit Card Opening a U.S. bank account and obtaining a U.S. credit card without a Social Security Number and an established credit record can be daunting not to mention extremely frustrating. We have partnered with one of the largest international banks with branches in the U.S. to enable applicants to open accounts and apply for a U.S. credit card before arriving in the U.S. It’s convenient and provides the security that comes from having immediate access to bank facilities.

Automobile lease or purchase. International applicants can arrange to have a new vehicle waiting for them on their arrival in the U.S. The U.S. is a very big country and in many locations public transportation in not available or is not sufficient for persons working all hours of the day, seven days per week. Finance and lease rates offered are equal to or better than rates available to well qualified U.S. residents.

Our Clients

Today we are recruiting for employers in twenty three U.S. States and four Canadian provinces.

Our clients include facilities and organizations of all sizes including one hundred bed long term care facilities in rural communities, district and regional hospitals, large teaching hospitals and regional and local “chains” with sites in multiple locations.
