Employers and Job Offers

HealthStaff recruits physical therapists for direct placement with American health care employers. We are not a staffing agency and we do not place physical therapists into temporary positions.

Physical therapists are employed in acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, community clinics and home health care organizations. The provision of physical therapists and essential health services are publicly and privately funded in the US.

Employers may provide financial assistance to help offset some of the costs related to relocation, immigration and or professional licensure in US. While the exact terms and conditions of such assistance vary with each employer, these will be clearly documented by HealthStaff for consideration by the candidate.

Employers require that foreign educated applicants make a commitment to work for them for a period of two years after full US licensure. Upon the completion of the initial two-year term, each physical therapist has the option of remaining with the employer, or pursuing employment elsewhere.
